Strategy and Technology Plan

During the scoping study, our consultants assist you in sizing the project and in determining the potential benefits. We work with you to determine how much investment is required, how much return will be achieved and from where, and to define a statement of the work that needs to be carried out to achieve these cost savings. A target pilot group is normally agreed at this stage. In addition, we work with companies in developing their internal ROI business case and if necessary, facilitate presentations to the main board.

Prototype

During the pilot project, we work with the pilot target group to achieve pre-defined and pre agreed milestones. These milestones include the installation of the required hardware & software, the implementation of the solution configured to meet the business requirements including approval rules, supplier catalogs as well as the interfaces to the core business/ERP system. Training of the project team and end users is also completed, as is the finalized roll-out plan for the full implementation.

Full Implementation

During the implementation roll-out, we assist you to extend these new processes, technology, and supplier rationalization into further user group communities. This is typically done on a site-by-site basis ensuring that any additional approval rules, supplier catalogs, training and system support are all in place. We also provide on-going support for upgrades etc should you require this service.
